Do you have a physical store?

We have only one physical store so far and that could be found in San Francisco, California. But you can have an access to our products and services anytime through this website.

Do you deliver outside the United States?

We have a wide reach here. We deliver in the whole United States area and in some places outside of it. To check out the list of the places we cater to, please look it up at the upper right-hand corner of our landing page. If you do not see there your place, it means that we are not yet servicing your location. But do not worry because we are looking to expand further our reach soon. Please stay tuned here for all the news about our expansion.

How do we pay for our purchases?

You can pay via PayPal and BitCoin. We also accept payments via major credit card companies such as Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Can I get an insurance for my purchases?

This is available, however, you need to pay extra for it. This option will emerge after you have selected the courier of your choice upon check out of your purchases.

Can I have a choice for the courier?

Urban Bazaar is in partnership with many different couriers. Our choice depends on their reach. We ensure that they are very capable before we hire them. Your choices depend on whether they do serve your area or not. Upon entering your address, only the couriers that serve your area will be available. You can choose from them what you prefer.
